I had to
take the advice I give clients when Kevin and I listed our own home in Summit
Cove: We de-cluttered our home, had everything staged and made sure it always
was ready for a showing.
We loved our

found a home in Frisco worth nearly twice as much with a mortgage payment
that’s just a few dollars more each month. That’s because interest rates are

Our new
neighborhood is close to our children’s new school. And our office is on Frisco’s
main street, so we can walk or bike to our office every day of the week.
